Order Cancellation Disclaimer
Your order may be canceled due to the following incidents:
- The seller cannot deliver the product in the order to the customers due to unexpected reasons (s). The customer will be informed in advance.
- Address or shipping location is not correct, or logistic service cannot reach the location due to any unexpected reason(s).
- Sellers are reserved their right to cancel the orders. The customers will be notified in advance if the product is not able to ship to the address.
Tips: Try giving us real and reachable contact every time you order products in an online shop. This will help both of us contact each other faster.
The customers can return the received product as reasons below:
- Damage or faulty items such as physically damaged packages, products. The returned product must include all packaging and its accessories.
- Item doesn’t work properly such as the item doesn’t function as described in the specification manual. The returned item must be returned in new condition (only unpacked for testing). The returned product must include all packaging and accessories.
- The wrong item or the received item is not what you have ordered. The returned product must not be used/damaged/unsealed and should be in its original packing.
- Missing components / accessory / free gift. Item can be tested but must be in the new condition (not damaged or has any mark). Item must include all packaging and accessories.
- Item doesn’t match description or picture. Item must not be used and kept in its original packaging. The returned product must include all packaging and its accessories. However, the customer may not need to take care of the shipping cost.
- Accidently order it or the product doesn’t fit with me. If possible, please do not confirm the order and delivery, then inform the seller immediately. For shipped items, the item must not be used and kept in its original packaging. The returned product must include all packaging and accessories. However, the customers may need to take care of the shipping cost.
The customers should inform the seller within 3 days after getting the products to proceed with the return/swap or refund. The refund process should be 14 days or more, up to the payment method. (See more detail below)
Tips: Check the package the first time you get it and unpack it after you are 100% confident that the package was not damaged during the shipping process.
The seller will offer a new product for replacement as the customer orders a good condition product. However, if the replacement doesn’t match customer expectations. It is okay to contact the seller for a refund.
After order cancellation or product return due to any mistake of the sellers. The customer will get the refund in the following detail:
- The seller will contact the customers to confirm the refunding process.
- For Cash on Delivery and Money Transfer; the completed payment will be refunded within 14 days or sooner.
- For Credit Card and Debit cards; the duration is up to the credit card’s provider process.
Tips: Refunding takes some time due to the accounting and taxation process. The seller will surely help you and try everything that could make the process shorter than what we committed.
